ABOUT THE PROJECT

This story is 100% about how to take a New Construction Home and make it feel like it could have been there 150 years ago. Our clients dreamed of having a farmhouse outside of a charming town in Iowa, surrounded by corn fields and pastures and the slower pace of life that living in the country lends itself to. But they didn’t want their home to feel as if it was built in any specific era, rather it could have been a beautiful structure with the durability and livability (and longevity) that English Countryside homes speak to. Enter Oho. We brought our brand of cozy, English-inspired living, bringing color, pattern, millwork and materials that will only get better with time and use.

The result is a charming family home that already feels lived in and loved, with all the functionality and bespoke qualities of a fully custom new construction home.
